Doritos crusted pork chops
1 large bag of Doritos
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat over to 425F. Rinse the pork chops in very COLD water and arrange on a baking sheet. Do NOT pat dry. Open a small slit in one end of a big bag of Doritos and pulverize them with a rolling pin. The best way to prepare this would be to render them into dust in a food processor. In a large bowl, mix Doritos, flour, and vegetable oil VERY well with a fork or pastry blender as if you would for a pie crust. Place Doritos mixture into a zip lock bag and, one at a time, remove the chops from the baking sheet to shake them in the mixture, always placing them back upon the baking sheet. Place into the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the pork is done completely.
